Professional FEIE review is separately scoped with Chip.
Supported evidence: readable English or Spanish air/land travel confirmations, boarding passes, relevant passport stamps, itineraries, and travel CSV records. PDF pages render in your browser; only the reviewed, masked page images are uploaded. Unreadable or unsupported layouts require manual fact entry or review. Bookings and itineraries contribute no confirmed presence.

This is a factual record organizer. Unknown days, missing evidence, conflicting dates, and exceptional transit remain visible for review. If you need a personal FEIE opinion or help resolving complex travel records, request a separately scoped review. For technical support, contact info@fileabroad.com with your purchase reference; attach no identity or travel documents to ordinary email.

Enter your own facts or import a travel CSV below. This separate workspace runs locally in your browser. Its records are kept apart from your paid hosted workspace.
1. Set the traveler, year and evidence horizon
This ledger organizes and counts confirmed travel facts. It does not determine Foreign Earned Income Exclusion eligibility and it never turns a booking into presence. Everything stays in your browser until you print or download it.
Calculations are limited to this horizon (up to 24 months). Dates outside it are never examined, so no complete search beyond the horizon is claimed.
Is a waiver or exceptional rule being claimed? Exceptional facts always route to review.
2. Location timeline (confirmed presence)
Add only periods you can support with evidence. Uncovered dates stay unknown. A period marked unconfirmed is kept visible but contributes no presence.
- No presence periods yet.
3. Journeys (border movements)
Distinguish “I traveled” from “I booked.” Bookings and itineraries stay provisional until actual travel is confirmed. Local dates are preserved; time zones are captured for normalization.
- No journeys yet.
0 of 50 journeys used. 0 provisional or unconfirmed, which never create presence.
4. Build the ledger
The engine classifies each day, counts supported foreign / U.S. / travel / unknown days, and enumerates the candidate twelve-month windows inside the horizon.
